Governance
The Trustees govern in the interests of Ambition Education Trust as a whole and set the vision for the Trust, holding the CEO, Co-CEO and Trust Leadership Team to account for delivering the Trust's strategic plan.
Trustees will have robust, standardised and efficient processes for effective governance, including:

Oversight and performance management of executive leaders and other key staff

Efficient reporting of all activities related to each school

Managing risk and mitigation strategies

Compliance, regularity, probity and value for money

Accurate and up-to-date documentation and effective communication from the Trustees

Full representation of a broad and balanced skill set

A full understanding of the role of governance in ensuring the success of Ambition Education Trust
